Vincent Alan DiVito, 30, of Edinboro, died Sunday, Sept. 14, 2014 at St. Vincent Hospital. He was born in Erie on May 21, 1984, the son of Domenic and Karyn (Egloff) DiVito.
Vincent was a 2002 graduate of General McLane High School then graduated from Edinboro University. He worked for DiVito Landscaping for more than 10 years and was currently working as a machine operator at Packaging Specialists in Pittsburgh.
Vincent was a loving brother, son, cousin, nephew, grandson, and Godfather.
He loved sports, especially the Pittsburgh Steelers, Penguins, and Pirates.
Other than his parents, survivors include his maternal grandmother, Verna Egloff; three brothers; Michael DiVito and his wife, Jill, of Erie, Nicholas and Domenic DiVito, both of Edinboro; also, his niece and Goddaughter, Madison DiVito and his nephew, Joseph DiVito, both of Erie; as well as numerous Aunts, Uncles, Cousins, and many other relatives.
Friends may call at the Glunt Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc., 210 Erie Street, Edinboro, on Wednesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. A funeral mass will be held on Thursday at Our Lady of the Lake Catholic Church, 128 Sunset Drive, Edinboro, at 11:00 a.m. with Fr. Daniel Hoffman officiating.
