Veronica Luise (Michelson) Smith, 62, of Edinboro, died Friday, August 28, 2015 at her home. She was born in Buffalo, NY on February 3, 1953, the daughter of the late William and Pia Michelson.
Veronica was on the board of directors for the Lupus Foundation for 17 years. She was also in the bowling league at Rolling Meadows in Erie, for many years.
Survivors include a brother, Gunnard Michelson of Oregon, and her best friend, Sabra Miller of South Carolina.
No calling hours will be observed. A memorial mass will be held at the Our Lady of the Lake Catholic Church, 128 Sunset Dr., Edinboro, on Thursday, September 3, 2015 at 10:30 a.m. with Fr. Daniel Hoffman officiating.
The Glunt Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc., Edinboro, is in charge of funeral arrangements.
