Theresa Marie (Pordgual) Sheesley, 87, of Meadville, formerly of Erie died Friday, Feb. 6, 2015 at her home. She was born in Erie on October 17, 1927, the daughter of the late Stanley and Stephania Pordgual.
Theresa worked at the Erie VA Medical Center for many years in the kitchen. She prepared and delivered food to many of our veterans.
She enjoyed crocheting, jigsaw puzzles and going to the casino.
She was preceded in death by her husband; Edward Sheesley and two sisters and a brother.
Survivors include two daughters; Christine White of Meadville, and Linda Gorney of Lake City; a sister, Francis Tupek of Fairview; four grandchildren, Anthony Gorney, David (Kathy) White, Daniel (Theresa) White and Edward (Dolly) White; and 10 great-grandchildren.

Friends may call at the Glunt Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc., 210 Erie Street, Edinboro, on Wednesday, February 11, 2015 from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. A service will be held there on Thursday at 11:00 a.m. with Fr. Daniel Hoffman officiating.
