Sharon L. Baney

Sharon L. Baney, 70 of Fairview, formerly of McKean, died Sunday, April 21, 2024 at Pleasant Ridge Manor. She was born in Elwood City, PA on March 22, 1954, the daughter of the late Raymond and Enid Baney. 

Sharon was a resident of the Barber National Institute in Erie for many years and worked in their workshop. She loved to draw, color, collect purses and dance to her favorite music. 

Other than her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, Danny Baney, in 2008.

Survivors include three sisters; Joann (Abe) Hess of Edinboro, Terri Herman of Venango, and Elaine (Mike) Lewandowski of Saegertown; four brothers, David (Patricia) Baney of Edinboro, Gary (Shelley) Baney of Cranesville, Raymond Baney of Edinboro, and Richard (Lorrie) Baney of Erie; also many nieces and nephews. 

No services will be held at this time. The Glunt Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc., Edinboro, is in charge of funeral arrangements.
