Ronald Scott Dalbec, 46, of Saegertown, died suddenly, Saturday, December 18, at St. Vincent Health Center from a massive heart attack. He was born in Erie, on July 11, 1964, to Ronald and Carol Frantz Dalbec.
Scott enjoyed hunting, vacationing with his extended family in the Outer Banks, Christmas and Clark Bars. Most of all Scott loved being the proud father of his twin daughters, Renee and Nicole Dalbec.
Scott was a restaurant manager for many years at Perkins and most recently McDonald's.
He preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, J. Albert and Lucille Marjorie Dalbec, and his maternal grandparents Howard and Esther Frantz.
Besides his parents, survivors include his cherished twin daughters, Renee and Nicole Dalbec both at home; two step daughters, Kerria and Kimmy Gorton of Erie; his sister, Beth Heffren and her husband Larry of Crossingville; and his niece Caitlyn Heffren; and also many Aunts, Uncles and Cousins.
Friends may call at the Glunt Funeral Home, 210 Erie Street, Edinboro, Today from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. and 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at Our Lady of the Lake Church on Wednesday, December 22, 2010 at 11:00 a.m., with Father William Sutherland officiating.
