Patrick W. Gibbons, 58, of Edinboro died Monday, February 22, 2021 at St. Vincent Hospital. He was born in Erie on May 25, 1962, the son of the late Lewis and Minerva Gibbons.
Patrick graduated from Fort LeBoeuf High School. He was a meat cutter for 30 years.
Patrick loved his truck and tractor, fishing and hunting, and being outdoors. He enjoyed watching the History and SyFy channels and reading Stephen Hawking. Most of all, he was a kind and helpful man who loved his family and friends.
Survivors include his wife of 27 years, April; a daughter Shannon (Stephen) Snatchko, of Oakdale, PA; a sister, Sherry (Fred) Baney; four brothers, Bruce (Pam), Michael (Missy), (Twin) Phillip (Robin) and Brian Gibbons; Aunt Grace Smith and many nieces, nephews and good friends.
Friends may call at the Glunt Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc., 210 Erie Street, Edinboro, on Monday, March 1, 2021 from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. A service will be held there Monday at 7:30 p.m. All CDC guidelines requiring face masks and social distancing will be in place.
