Our dear mother and sister, Marlene A. Kennerknecht (Dombrowski) of Fairview Township, was welcomed into heaven on the morning of her 65th birthday on July 19, 2022, after a courageous 32 year battle with Multiple Sclerosis.
She is preceded in death by her parents Norbert and Helen Kennerknecht, and recently by her brother-in-law Dan Geary and nephew Rob Kennerknecht.
Survivors include a son, Joel Dombrowski of Erie; three daughters, Eileen (Ryan) Craig of Pittsburgh, Elaine Dombrowski of Erie, and Amy Dombrowski of Boston, MA; two brothers, Dr. Norbert (Jan) Kennerknecht and Robert (Sheila) Kennerknecht, both of Edinboro; two sisters, Mary Kay Geary of Fairview and Beth (Bob) Dzurko of Edinboro; two grandchildren, Cayden and Carter Craig; and many nieces and nephews.
The Glunt Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc., Edinboro, is in charge of funeral arrangements.
Friends may call at Our Lady of the Lake Catholic Church, 128 Sunset Drive, Edinboro, on Saturday, July 23, 2022 from 9:30 a.m. until a Mass of Christian Burial to be held at 11:00 a.m.
