Marie C. Wood, 91, of Edinboro, passed away on Tuesday, January 14, 2014 at The Edinboro Manor.
She was born in Erie, PA on June 12, 1922, daughter of Julia and Alios Szoszorek.
She was preceded in death by her husband, James G. Wood, and is survived by her son, James Nedresky and daughter-in-law Marvel Maring of Omaha, NE.
She was employed by Penn-Union Electric as an administrative assistant for 20 years, as well as being a life-long homemaker who greatly enjoyed visiting with her wonderful Edinboro neighbors.
A committal service, will be held at the Edinboro Cemetery on May 17th at 2:00 pm.
The Glunt Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc., Edinboro, is in charge of arrangements.
