Mari P. Longstreth

Mari P. Longstreth, 45, of Erie, died Tuesday, November 19, 2024 at St. Vincent Hospital. She was born in Meadville, PA on April 21, 1979, the daughter of the late Dean and Brenda Corp.

Mari attended school at Cambridge Springs and Meadville Area High School.  She had an infectious smile and brought joy and happiness to those in her presence. She was also a talented artist and crafter. 

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her maternal and paternal grandparents, Earl and Phyllis Watterson and Earl and Cecelia Z. Corp.

Survivors include her son, Derek Longstreth of Meadville; her daughter, Danelle Longstreth and fiancé, Xavier of Palm Bay, FL; sisters, Amy (Ted) Smith of Conneautville and Rebekah (Kevin) Glander of Edinboro, a brother, Dean Franklin (Melissa) Corp of Lower Burrell; nieces and nephews, Justin (Leanna), Alyssa, Kelsey (Doug), Garrett, Annamarie and Christian, Dustin (Emmajane) and Shawn; great nieces and nephews, Caiden, Colt, Kyla and Christian; and many aunts, uncles and cousins. A special thank you to her best friend, Mary, for love and support for Mari throughout her life.

 A celebration of life will be held at a later date. The Glunt Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc., Edinboro, is entrusted with funeral arrangements.
