EDINBORO – Larry Martin Cole, 73, of Edinboro, died Sunday, September 26, 2010 at home. He was born in Bellvue, PA on March 31, 1937, son of the late Logan and Emma Wilson Cole.
Larry proudly served our country in the United States Air Force for five years as a Captain.
Larry was a pilot for American Airlines for 32 years. He was a member of the VFW, American Legion, Grey Eagles, Edinboro Historical Society and had a love for boating, genealogy, computers, playing his guitar and traveling. Larry graduated from Penn State University and as an avid football fan. Simply put, Larry LOVED LIFE!
He was preceded in death by his brother Edward Cole.
Survivors include his beloved wife, Roxie Rogers Cole of Edinboro; three daughters, Heather Jablonski and her husband Ray, Erin Mouer and her husband Chris and Keri Wallace; two sons, Michael Wallace and his wife Linda and Brian Wallace; six cherished grandchildren, Cheyene Cole, Brian and Dana Herron, Madison and Cole Mover and Michael Wallace.
Friends may call at the Glunt Funeral Home, 210 Erie Street, Edinboro, on Thursday, 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. and 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. A service will be held there on Friday at 11:00 a.m. with Rev. Lisa Grant officiating.
