Judith Bush

April 8, 1951 — July 24, 2022

Judith “Judy” Lee Bush née Yucha passed away the morning of Sunday, July 24, 2022. She was born April 8, 1951 to the late Joseph and Edith Yucha of Tidioute, PA.

Judy graduated salutatorian of Tidioute High School Class of 1969, second to her future brother-in- law, who graduated valedictorian of their class. She lived most of her life in Tidioute, recently relocating to Edinboro.

On September 20, 1969, Judy married the love of her life, Charles “Harry” Bush. She dedicated her life to the one true God Jehovah and was baptized as one of Jehovah’s Witnesses on April 18, 1970. With Harry at her side, she remained faithful and shared her love of Jehovah with everyone she met. She served in the congregation as a Regular Pioneer since March 1, 1989, volunteering full time to teach the truth about the Bible to everyone she could, and helped many to attain an accurate knowledge of the Bible. She was a loving mother, wife, sister, daughter, aunt and friend. She raised two children, a son and a daughter of her own, as well as many “adopted” children and grandchildren who will miss her deeply until they see her again in the promised resurrection.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by an infant daughter; her mother-in-law and father-in law, Edna and Charlie Bush; and her brother-in-law, Jerry Nelson.

She is survived by her husband, Harry; her son, James “Jamie” Bush of Tidioute, PA; her daughter, Suzanne Preston of McKean, PA; and six grandchildren, Shawn, Matthew, Hunter, Kathryn, Nathan and Isabella. She is also survived by a brother, Jim (Kim) Yucha of Richmond, VA;  four sisters, Sandy Martin and Susan (Patrick) Robertson, both of Tidioute, PA, Karen (Bruce) Kay of Youngsville, PA, and Ellen Nelson of Warren, PA; many nieces and nephews; also her in-laws whom she was very close to, Boyd and Linda Bush of Bradenton, FL and their daughters and Edward Bush of Whittier, CA.

A memorial service will be held at a later date.  The Glunt Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc., Edinboro, is entrusted with funeral arrangements. To send condolences, please visit www.gluntfuneralhome.com.
