Charlotte Seapker

McKean – Charlotte Elaine Mulligan Seapker, 84, of McKean, died Thursday, Feb. 25, 2010. She was born in Corry, on September 7, 1925; daughter of the late Frank and Ina Eastman Mulligan.
Charlotte worked at Smith Provision in Erie, and was a past member of the St. Francis Ushers Club.
She was preceded in death by her beloved husband Russell Seapker; and three brothers, James, William and Richard Mulligan.
Survivors include her son, Robert Seapker and his wife Patty of Erie; two daughters, Kathy Chabola and her husband Bob of Erie; and Diane McCain of Waterford; two sisters, Patricia Ester, and her husband, Donald of Jacksonville, FL; and Virginia Rhodes of Youngsville, PA; two grandchildren, Brandon Chabola and his wife Katrina, and Darcie Chabola, and three great-grandchildren; also many nieces and nephews.
Friends may call at the Glunt Funeral Home, 210 Erie Street, Edinboro, on Monday from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. and 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. A service will be held there on Tuesday at 11:00 a.m. with Rev. Kline officiating.
