Boyd H. Zerby

Boyd H. Zerby, 78, of Edinboro, died Tuesday, October 29, 2024 at Edinboro Manor. He was born in Curwensville, PA on January 11, 1946, the son of the late Guy Ames & Virginia Gardner Olin. 

Boyd graduated from Lawrence Park High School. He went on to work as an assembler at Eriez Magnetics for nearly 40 years. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, camping, and being outdoors.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Betty, in 2017.

Survivors include his son, Thomas (Bonnie) Staley, Jr. of Waterford; three daughters, Tina (Charles) Mabie and Bonnie (Michael) Hodges, both of Erie, PA and Sherry (Richard) Beattie of Manning, SC; a brother, Robert (Carol) Zerby; 11 grandchildren, Kristie Maxey, Kayla Cain, Timothy Maxey, Derik Pete, Dylan Pete, Devon Pete, Alexis Mabie, Jacob Hodges, Joseph Hodges, Brooke Therasse, and Abbie Staley; also 9 great-grandchildren, Gianni, Kas, Kensley, Carson, Weston, Asher, Camila, Clayton, and Callie.

 No public services are to be held. The Glunt Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc., Edinboro, is entrusted with funeral arrangements.
