Bonna Getto

Bonna Jean (Osterberg) Getto, 65, of Edinboro, died Tuesday, Nov. 24, 2015 unexpectedly at her home.  She was born in Erie, on Feb. 13, 1950, the daughter of the late Norman and Dorothy Osterberg.

Bonna was a member of the St. Francis Ushers Club and the McKean United Methodist Church. She loved to be around other people especially going to dinner with family and friends, gardening, and sitting on her porch.

She was preceded in death by her first husband, David Bowles and her second husband, Charlie Getto; a sister, Lori Sue Osterberg and a brother, Norman T. Osterberg.

Survivors include her two children, Michele Bowles of Erie and David Bowles of Florida; a sister-in-law, Mary Lee Osterberg of Iowa and a sister, Betty DeFelice and her husband, Ralph, of McKean; also, many cousins, nieces and nephews.

Friends may call at the Glunt Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc., 210 Erie Street, Edinboro, on Friday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.  A service will be held there on Saturday at 11:00 a.m. with Rev. Barb English officiating.
